management, student engagement, and mentoring. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and statistical
software such as SPSS, SmartPLS, WarpPLS, and ADANCO. Skilled in qualitative analysis using NVivo
and ATLAS.ti, alongside programming languages R and Python. Demonstrated expertise in research
methodologies and online teaching tools. Committed to advancing educational excellence through
innovative research and analysis.
