Dr Heba Nashaat Ali El-Mowafy is a distinguished academic and researcher in the field of computer engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, Port Said University. The primary focus is on enhancing network performance through innovative techniques in mobile networks, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things (IoT).
Dr. Heba earned her Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Port Said University in 2011, following completion of her M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees at Suez Canal University. Her doctoral research focused on mobility management protocols in IP networks—an area that continues to underpin her academic pursuits.
She currently serves as a Professor in the Electrical Engineering Department, specializing in Computer Science and the Automation Control Division. Throughout her career, she has held several leadership roles, including Executive Director of the E-Learning Center and the Software Engineering Unit. She has made significant contributions to the development of ICT infrastructure at Port Said University.
