Dr. Karim Ibrahim Ahmed Badawy is a Lecturer in Curriculum and Instruction and Educational Technology at the Faculty of Education, Port Said University, Egypt, and Director of the E-Assessment Unit. He specializes in History Education, digital learning, e-assessment, AI-supported teaching, and teacher preparation. With over 17 years of university teaching experience, he has published peer-reviewed research on interactive e-learning environments, Web 2.0 tools, contextual teaching, historical thinking, generative AI in education, inclusive education, and curriculum development. He holds a PhD in Education, a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Bachelor’s degree in History Education with honors. Dr. Badawy has completed extensive international professional training through leading institutions including HarvardX, Google, Microsoft, Intel, Coursera, and edX, and has contributed to academic peer review for international journals. His work focuses on integrating educational technology, future-oriented pedagogy, and evidence-based curriculum design to enhance teaching, learning, and assessment in higher education and school contexts.
