Lecturer in Physical Chemistry
Dr. Mahmoud Gouda is a lecturer in physical chemistry at the Faculty of Science, Port Said University. He earned his Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Physical Chemistry from Port Said University, receiving the Best Master's Thesis Award in Basic Sciences in 2022. His core research focuses on electrochemistry, surface chemistry, and advanced metal corrosion protection using eco-friendly inhibitors and smart protective coatings. Bridging academic research with practical industrial applications, Dr. Gouda is passionate about developing sustainable corrosion mitigation strategies and mentoring students through innovative learning methods and applied graduation projects.
