  • Professor specializing in Environmental Engineering with an emphasis on Sanitary and Environmental Hydraulics with more than 33 years of experience in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
  • Extensive experience in the planning, design, and implementation of water supply and sanitation networks and concrete and metal structures.
  • Accredited Consultant for Design and Supervision of Reinforced Concrete Structural Projects.
