Merhan M. Shahda is a Professor of Architectural Design at the Department of Architectural Engineering and Urban Planning, Faculty of Engineering, Port Said University, Egypt. Her research interests encompass architectural design concepts, biomimicry, biophilic design, construction systems, building technology, and environmental design, with recent publications addressing advancements and applications in these fields
