Biography

       Dr. Mona Ahmed Hammouda is an Assistant professor in the department of business administration, faculty of commerce, Port Said University where she has been since 2010 till now. She obtained a B.Sc. in business administration from Suez Canal University in 1992; she was awarded her PhD in excellence management in 2009 from Suez Canal University.

        Dr.Mona is a certified trainer with the national center for faculty and leadership     development (NCFLD), she is also a Certified trainer with international labor organization (ILO) & professional academy for teachers - IT

She served as following

1. Head of the training center - Faculty of Commerce - Port Said University from May 2011 till December 2014
2. Head of IT unit - Faculty of Commerce - Port Said University from April 2016 till now.
3. Head of Strategic planning unit Faculty of Commerce Port said university from OCT. 2018 till now & also one of the port said university strategic plan teamwork
4. Faculty of commerce coordinator (Egypt prize for governmental Excellence from 2019 till now

          In addition she participated in preparation of strategic plan for (Decent Jobs for Egypt's Young People project-International labor organization) & also participated in the forum Human Development of Egyptian Universities' Youth at Port Said University for third years in a raw

        Not only has she excelled academically she has also comed out her social responsibility as a president of Rotary club of Port Said from july2019 till June 2021

        Dr.Mona supervised many PhD and MSc theses, her research topics include: Bank marketing, excellence management and digital marketing
