Biography

I am an Assistant Professor in Nursing Administration with a strong background in both clinical nursing practice and academic leadership. I am dedicated to advancing the field of nursing through research, education, and leadership development. My expertise lies in healthcare management, organizational behavior, and policy development, with a focus on improving patient care and nursing workforce management. I strive to foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment for my students, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to succeed in leadership roles within the nursing profession. Additionally, I am passionate about conducting research that explores the intersection of healthcare systems, management practices, and the delivery of  high- quality patient care.

Educational Qualification

•     I submitted my promotion application to the Supreme Promotions Committee for the rank of Associate Professor. I presented eight scientific papers published locally, receiving the following evaluations: two papers were rated "Very Good," one paper was rated "Good," and the remaining were rated "Acceptable." Consequently, I was promoted to the rank of Associate Professor in the field of Nursing Administration at the Faculty of Nursing, Port Said University.                                                                                                         2024
