I am an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Commerce, Port Said University, Port Said, Egypt. I received my Ph.D. in Management from the University of Southampton, UK. My research interests include person–environment (PE) fit, its methodological issues, and work values. My work has appeared in a number of journals, including the Journal of Business and Psychology, the German Journal of Human Resource Management, and the Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology. My current work examines how organizational practices and psychological dynamics shape proactive and sustainable employee behaviors.
