Biography

د. سارة أحمد سيد أحمد جمعة

أستاذ مساعد بقسم الاقتصاد المنزلي (تغذية وعلوم الأطعمة) – كلية التربية النوعية – جامعة بورسعيد، وتشغل حاليًا منصب وكيل كلية الحقوق لشئون التعليم والطلاب.

• حصلت على درجة الدكتوراه في التربية النوعية (الاقتصاد المنزلي) عام 2016 من جامعة بورسعيد، وتركز اهتماماتها البحثية على التغذية المستدامة  ، المركبات الحيوية الطبيعية، ومكافحة الأمراض المرتبطة بالتغذية مثل السمنة وأمراض الكبد والسكري.
• تتمتع بخبرة أكاديمية وتدريسية واسعة في مجالات التغذية وعلوم الأطعمة، حيث قامت بتدريس العديد من المقررات لمرحلتي البكالوريوس والدراسات العليا، إلى جانب الإشراف على الرسائل العلمية والمشاركة في تطوير اللوائح الدراسية.
• شاركت في العديد من المؤتمرات العلمية ، ولها إسهامات بحثية منشورة في مجلات علمية محكمة، بالإضافة إلى مشاركتها الفعالة في أنشطة الجودة وخدمة المجتمع والعمل الأكاديمي المؤسسي داخل الجامعة.
