Shymaa Abdelhafez Mohamed ,Ph.D.

Lecturer -Nursing Administration department, Faculty of Nursing, Port Said University

Academic Lecturer specialized in teaching clinical and theoretical courses related to nursing administration for undergraduate and post graduate students since 2013.  

Experienced in quality assurance works, worked as, members of  Creditability and Ethics criterion, and Deputy  Head of the Administrative Body Criterion at Quality Assurance Deputy Head – Measurement & Evaluation Unit at Faculty of Nursing, Port Said University.

Experience in teaching, clinical training, research, and academic development at Port Said University – Faculty of Nursing. Specialized in Nursing Administration with a strong background in scientific research, conference organization, curriculum development, and digital transformation in education.

 Published in international peer-reviewed journals (Journal of Nursing Management, BMC Nursing) and contributed to advancing nursing practices through  active participation in international and national conferences. Skilled in student assessment, research methodology, leadership, competency-based education, and nursing informatics .
